At Alami Foods, we take pride in offering high-quality, shelf-stable food products. Your satisfaction is important to us — and so is ensuring food safety.

🛠 Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective or compromised in quality

  • Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

  • Expired

…please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You may request a:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Full refund to your original payment method

We may require photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue to process your claim.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products opened or used

  • Products returned due to change of mind or personal preference (e.g. taste, flavor)

  • Incorrect orders submitted by the customer (e.g. wrong quantity or product selected)

Please double-check your order before confirming purchase.

💸 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days.

You will be informed about the progress via email or WhatsApp.
